DK Manufacturing is a custom injection molding
company comprised of two molding facilities located
in the central Ohio area (Frazeysburg and Lancaster, OH).
Prior to being renamed in 2004 when purchased by the
present owner, the company operated for many years as
Ohio Plastics, and is well-known in the Ohio region.

DK offers 34 molding machines, ranging in size from 150
Tons up to 1500 Tons. Capabilities include assembly, hot
stamping, robotic painting, and many other secondary
operations. DK Manufacturing prides itself on maintaining
“state-of-the-art” equipment, continually adding new
machines to their inventory, nearly all of which have robots
for part removal and automatic operation.

DK is an established molder as a supplier to many local
Honda tier 1 suppliers. We are working to grow the
business to various other markets/custom molding
applications.
